I then took some of the younger school age girls and made origami cranes(Tamar you would be proud of me)
They were very good at it and enjoyed making them.If we can tomorrow(they have tomorrow and Monday off school because of the Teej Holiday for women) we are going to string them together and hang them in their room.
After lunch I met the older boys as they live in a separate building. They appear very confident. They are chatty, inquisitive and fun.Typically for most boys they were playing football but also spent a large part of the time making paper aeroplanes.
It was a really good day.
HI Carounn, sounds like you're having an amazing time! I'd like to do all that yoga - but I don't think I'd manage the early start! What time do you go to bed?
ReplyDeleteHope it continues to go well - we're enjoying reading all about it lots of love, Sarah, John, Max and Millie xxx
