Hey I'm back.Indiver,a son of my hosts whose wiifi I am using has fixed the router.I know it was only just over a day but felt a long time not to be able to be in touch.I went to the orphanage today for the first time.It reminds me very much of the Russ in India except there are boys as well as girls.The children that I have seen appear well and cared for.They are very lively and have a great sense of fun.
I am getting up at 4:45 to go to yoga with Indu (my host)She takes a yoga class in a Temple every morning 'on a voluntary basis,for anyone who wants to go.It is very good and really concentrates on breathing exercises.Really imprtant here as Kathmandu is so polluted.
I thought I was going to lose weight while I was here.No chance.The food I am being given is very good and there is alot of it!
