At lunch time Kausalya started to teach some of the children the ocarina hence the photographs.
After lunch I had the mid-session meeting with the OCCED Board. It was very positive. After all that has been spent already on the raincoats, water filtration unit, books ,underwear, stationary and cleaning materials I was still able to hand OCCED a cheque for Two lack, eighty thousand eight hundred and eighty eight ruppees & seven paisa only.(NR280,888.07
NR 30,888.07 is to be spent on the outside area, baskets ball net and the repair to the girls room and Kausalya's training.
NR150,000 is to pay for the current school bill and the following one due in 3 months.
NR 100,000 is going to go into the land project fund so that the future of the children's home is more secure. This means we have 'bought' 20square yards of land for the new Orphanage.''We will provide a certificate of appreciation to the entire contributor. The name of the contributor will be engraved in marvel plate and placed in the front room of the OCCED/Nepal building'
I have had it recorded as the 'Rainbow Fund' because I didn't want it logged against my name because
Well done !!! It all seems to be working out as you had hoped ! Like the idea of "Rainbow fund " - very appropriate ! The children seem to be really enjoying the ocarinas !
