Indu took me to a different yoga today.Haribol's brother lives next door and has a yoga studio.It concentrated more on breathing exercises so at this moment is more beneficial.
I took a taxi to OCCED for the first time this morning and it is the same price as last year and very little need to haggle.It isn't much quicker but at least I didn't have to do the hill!
I spent the morning again with the pre school children.Two of the older girls have mumps so they were also around.We mostly played games this morning and did quite a bit of singing.
The children are so much more out going than last year and more confident.It is lovely to have come back and seen their development in what is really quite a short space of time.
I went to the Social Tours office to see Phubar and it was really good to meet him again.I am going to have supper with him and his family on Sunday.I felt very honoured to be invited.
I had lunch at Social Tours again today and boy did it rain.Unfortunately the rain brings out the mosquitoes so Tassy(social tours team member) and I were competing for number of bites.I won in the end with 7 (so glad that malaria has virtually been eradicated in Nepal!)Tassy had 4 but we decided that it was because I was 'Deri Meito'(very tasty)
I returned to OCCED for 3 hours and spent some time talking to the office staff.They are all so proud of OCCED and what it achieves not only at the home but with all their other projects throughout Nepal.
